What Is a Tracking Number?
A tracking number is a unique code assigned to each shipment that lets you follow the parcel’s movement within the logistics network. With this number you can learn which facility your shipment is in, its current stage and the estimated delivery date.
Each carrier has a different tracking number format. For example UPS numbers start with "1Z", while PTT international shipments usually start with letters such as "RR" and end with "TR". You can find your number on the receipt, in the email notification or on the shipping label.
Track Your Shipment Step by Step
To track, first open the correct carrier’s tracking page, then enter your tracking number without spaces and query. The result screen lists the transit points your shipment passed, its current status and, if available, the estimated delivery date.
