Distance Service Agreement

Service provider: Tuger Inc., 8 The Green #4512, Dover, DE, 19901, United States, help@shipbu.com. Recipient: the person using the Platform.

The subject of this agreement is Shipbu’s carrier price comparison and referral service. The transport service is provided not by Shipbu but by the selected Carrier under the Carrier’s own terms.

The comparison and referral service is free for users. Shipping charges are collected by the Carrier you select.

For immediately performed digital services and free services, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply. Withdrawal/cancellation terms for the transport service are governed by the relevant Carrier’s agreement.

Consumers residing in Türkiye may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. For general complaints: help@shipbu.com.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States; mandatory protective provisions of the consumer’s habitual residence are reserved.
