Terms of Service

The Platform is operated by Tuger Inc. (“Shipbu”, “we”). “User” means any person using the Platform. “Carrier” means a logistics service provider listing rates on the Platform.

Shipbu is a comparison and referral platform; it is not itself a carrier or freight company. The transport contract is formed directly between the User and the relevant Carrier. Prices and transit times are based on Carrier rate cards and are estimates; final pricing and terms are confirmed in the Carrier’s system.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. If you use it on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

You agree to provide accurate information, not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to comply with laws on prohibited/dangerous goods, and not to infringe the rights of third parties.

All content, trademarks, logos and software on the Platform belong to Tuger Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The relevant Carrier is responsible for performing the transport service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions. For consumers residing in Türkiye, the mandatory provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the jurisdiction of consumer courts/arbitration committees at the consumer’s domicile are reserved.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page; we provide reasonable notice for material changes.
