By accessing and using Shipbu LLC services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Shipbu provides fulfillment and forwarding services including but not limited to: product pickup from suppliers, quality control, preparation and labeling, storage, and international shipping to destinations including Amazon FBA warehouses.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information for shipments
Ensure products comply with destination country regulations
Pay all applicable fees and charges
Not ship prohibited or restricted items

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected services. All fees are displayed before order confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. Shipbu is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Liability Limitations

Shipbu's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value or actual value, whichever is lower. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited:

Illegal substances and contraband
Weapons and explosives
Counterfeit goods
Hazardous materials without proper documentation

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
